Hidden within the lush, misty mountains of Mingjian Township in Nantou County, Taiwan, a unique and enchanting tea was waiting to be discovered. A treasure hidden among the emerald green leaves of the Baoshu Ecologic Tea Garden, the lightly roasted Taiwanese High Mountain Oolong Tea offered a delicious blend of floral, fruity, sweet and honeyed flavors that would no doubt captivate the taste buds of tea lovers.
As the spring sun rose on May 3, 2022, tea growers carefully picked the tender leaves of the Camellia sinensis varietal Si Ji Chun, known for its strong, sweet aroma that attracted tea lovers far and wide. The leaves, dark green and tightly rolled into semi-spherical shapes, were then gently roasted to create a tea that not only offers a rich aroma and flavor, but also a wealth of health benefits.
The tea reveals a balanced, smooth taste of light baked and floral notes - a tribute to the art of the tea masters who created this tea.
But beyond the irresistible taste and aroma, the lightly roasted Taiwanese Oolong from the High Mountains hid a secret gift. Rich in antioxidants, it contributes to the improvement of heart health, boosts metabolism and supports weight management.
The moderate caffeine content gives a gentle pick-me-up to the tired tea drinker, while the natural compounds in the leaves reduce stress and promote relaxation.
Bought the "Light-Roasted High Mountain Oolong Tea" and set and I am impressed. High quality of tea leaves and the smell and taste are delicious. The tea set also makes it very easy.

Around the world there are conflicting definitions of what constitutes an organic product.
Many small producers who use organic farming methods do not invest in global certification because it is too expensive.
We want to give small-scale farmers a chance to find a market, even if they use organic methods without international certification.
The taste of the tea and organic practices take precedence over a certification of lesser quality.
